How quickly can you activate a service?
In an emergency we cover Milan and Monza Brianza within 4 hours and Bergamo within 8; for Varese, we confirm the response time based on the site and the nearest available team. For standard ongoing services, activation takes 5–7 days from the site survey: the time needed to train the dedicated personnel on the specifics of the site and to complete the document checks and the required authorisations.
Do you operate at night, at weekends and on public holidays?
Yes, 24/7 coverage 365 days a year. Any night-work or public-holiday surcharges are agreed in the quote, with no surprise charges. Personnel rotate across shifts, with tracked overlaps to avoid any gaps in cover.
Do you cover the whole of Lombardy?
We operate directly across Milan and its province, Monza Brianza, Varese and Bergamo. On request we can assess Como and Lecco through partner operators held to our own standards.
How much does a static-guarding service cost?
It depends on the type of site, the shifts and the duration. We always provide a detailed quote after a free site survey, with hourly rates set separately for daytime, night-time and public holidays.
Do you hold all the required certifications and licences?
Yes: Prefecture of Milan licence, ISO 9001/14001/45001, compliance with the national security-sector collective labour agreement (CCNL Vigilanza) and a Model 231 framework. Full documentation is available on request for public contracts and tenders.
Do you invoice electronically? Can I pay by bank transfer?
Electronic invoicing via the SdI exchange system, payment by bank transfer at 30/60/90 days depending on the contractual agreement. For the public sector we handle split payment and the tender reference code (CIG).
Are your personnel employees or external contractors?
All of our operatives are direct employees under the national security-sector collective labour agreement (CCNL Vigilanza), with no subcontracting. This guarantees continuity, ongoing training and direct accountability.
How can I check that the service is actually being carried out?
Every intervention is logged in our management system: operatives record on-site presence and scheduled checks on foot from a geolocated app, so we follow the service in real time on the ground and give you reports with the times and positions of every check. Geolocation is confined to service activities and handled in line with employment law (art. 4 of the Workers’ Statute) and the GDPR.
What happens in an emergency during a service?
Every operative is in radio contact with the control room 24/7 and with a backup response team. Written protocols for each client, with six-monthly drills. The authorities are contacted immediately whenever required.
