Do you also manage access for events and trade fairs?
Yes. We handle list accreditation, check-in, passes and wristbands, capacity control and flow management across multiple entrances, with personnel sized to the expected turnout.
Do you use biometric systems?
Only on request and in compliance with the GDPR. Biometrics is optional: most sites are managed with badges and digital registers. Where present, we integrate with your turnstiles and attendance systems.
What is the difference between access control and front-desk security?
Access control is the technical management of the entry point and flows (authorisations, badges, registers, headcount); front-desk security is fiduciary welcome and filtering. They often coexist on the same site.
Can you operate on public tenders?
Yes. We have direct experience with tenders involving CIG tender codes, document traceability and specific access requirements, such as verifying safety documents on a construction site.
Do you keep a record of who enters and exits?
Yes. A digital register of entries and exits with the time and a real-time headcount; the data is consultable and archived according to the agreed purposes, in compliance with privacy legislation.
