Our story
A young company, one rule.
Founded in 2022, NEW NOS Security has grown quickly — today it counts more than 90 people on staff and covers four Lombardy provinces — without ever changing its founding principle: security is, above all, trust.

Incorporated in Milan
NEW NOS Security Srl was founded on 15 July 2022, with headquarters in Milan and a core team dedicated to unarmed security guarding and reception & front-desk security.
- 2023
First permanent teams
Continuous coverage of the Milan province for on-site presence, static guarding and reception security, with an operations centre running every day of the year.
- 2024
Certified management system
Achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications: quality, environment and occupational health & safety.
- 2025
More than 60 people, three provinces
The service expanded to Monza Brianza and Bergamo, with 66 staff and a Legality Rating ★++ awarded by the AGCM.
