Is front-desk security an armed guarding service?
No. Reception and front-desk security are unarmed fiduciary services: welcome, filtering, management of mail and flows. For anti-intrusion presence or guarding proper, it is paired with unarmed security guarding.
Do the officers speak foreign languages?
Yes. We select the profile based on the context: for hotels and corporate offices with international clientele we provide officers with at least Italian and English; other languages are assessed on request.
What is the difference between front-desk security and access control?
Front-desk security is fiduciary welcome and filtering (front desk, mail, concierge); access control is the technical management of the entry point (badges, registers, accreditations). They often work together on the same site.
Is the service continuous or scheduled by time band?
Both. Coverage during daytime bands (office or lobby hours) or extended presence up to 24/7, depending on the site’s flows. The bands are defined in the operational plan.
Are the officers your direct employees?
Yes, direct employees under the relevant sector’s national collective labour agreement (CCNL), never subcontracted. In a front-of-house service, continuity of faces is decisive: the same people, ongoing training, direct accountability.
